Parents in Control: A Guide to Your Rights in Education and Healthcare.

Dan and Jennifer Mead trusted the educators at their daughter’s public school. That is, until they saw a partially altered school record in which their daughter was referred to by a masculine name and male pronouns.

The school district went out of its way to hide the fact that it was secretly treating the Meads’ daughter as a boy. Not only did the school district break its trust with the Mead family, but it also violated Dan and Jennifer’s fundamental parental rights. 

Unfortunately, this is not a one-off situation. Parents nationwide are discovering that efforts by government officials and school districts are aimed at influencing their children to embrace ideologies that may or may not be shared by their parents.
